Penguins' Patric Hornqvist: Remains sidelined with concussion
Hornqvist (concussion) won't play in Friday night's game in Edmonton.
Analysis:
Although the team isn't expecting Hornqvist to be sidelined long, he'll still have to pass concussion protocol and probably get a practice or two in before being inserted back into the lineup. That makes him unlikely to return for Saturday's matchup in Vancouver, but he could still return on the back end of the road trip depending on how quickly he can be cleared by trainers and independent spotters.
