Kings' Jeff Carter: Sinks game-winner late in OT
Carter scored the game-winning goal with 29 seconds remaining in overtime on his sixth shot of Thursday's 3-2 win over the Predators.
Analysis:
He's off to a bit of an all-or-nothing start to the season, having collected all five of his points in just three games while being held off the scoresheet in the other four. Nonetheless, Carter is enjoying his typically huge complement of minutes both at even strength and on the power play, so there's no reason to expect anything less from him than what we've seen over the last couple seasons.
