Reinhart nets 2 as Sabres edge struggling Predators

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Sam Reinhart scored twice to lead the Buffalo Sabres to a 4-1 victory over the Nashville Predators on Saturday night.

Jamie McGinn and Ryan O'Reilly also scored for the Sabres, winners of back-to-back games.

Mike Fisher had the goal for the Predators, who have dropped five of their last six.

Fisher scored the game's first goal at 11:42 of the opening period and has one in three straight games.

Nashville's Viktor Arvidsson was assessed a major penalty for cross-checking and a game misconduct in the second period. Inside the Buffalo zone, Arvidsson's stick hit Sabres defenseman Carlo Colaiacovo in the throat.

Colaiacovo did not return.

Juuse Saros made his NHL debut and had 20 saves for the Predators.

Buffalo's Chad Johnson stopped 28 shots.
