An ugly scene played out following the Dallas Cowboys' 19-16 victory over the Washington Redskins at FedEx Field on Monday night.

A video posted on Facebook (warning: video contains graphic material and NSFW language) appears to show a Cowboys fan being stabbed during an altercation that occurred in the concourse area of the stadium after the game.

At one point during the video, the Cowboys fan is lying on the ground while a fan in a Redskins jersey helps him. The person filming the video says the man was stabbed and then shows what appears to be a metal object nearby on the ground.

Police told FOX5 DC that two people were arrested following the incident and that a knife was recovered.

Redskins senior vice president of communications Tony Wyllie released the following statement:

We are aware of an altercation that took place at FedEx Field following Monday's game. We thank members of the Prince George's County Police Department who responded promptly to break up the altercation and arrested both men involved. Neither sustained injuries that required hospitalization. We will continue to gather more information on the matter and ensure the safety of all fans at FedEx Field.
