Mincey and the Cowboys are discussing a new two-year contract, Hill reports.
The defensive end's reportedly being fined $30,000 a day while he's absent from camp, while the Cowboys have said they won't negotiate until he reports, so it's clearly in both parties' best interests to sit down and talk.
Mincey led the Cowboys with six sacks in 2014, and is scheduled to earn $1.5 million in 2015, the final year of a two-year deal.
