NFC South teams trade GIFs in bizarre Twitter battle
It's June, and not much is happening in the football world. So NFL social media managers, desperate for #engagement, are thinking outside the box.
In the case of the NFC South's four teams, they're willing to think way outside the box, and the results are something to behold.
It all started with this seemingly innocuous Tampa Bay Buccaneers tweet about their stadium.

The Atlanta Falcons responded with this painfully tired retort:

That kicked off a bizarre back-and-forth that eventually saw the New Orleans Saints and Carolina Panthers jump into the mix:

Things went on for a while after that, with the teams continuing to trade goofy GIFs. Then, mercifully, it ended.

Real football can't return soon enough.
