The New England Patriots will begin their title defense against a conference rival.
New England will host the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday, Sept. 10 to kick off the 2015 regular season, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The Steelers were also a playoff team last season and figure to give the Pats a tough test right off the bat. With Darrelle Revis and Brandon Browner no longer in New England, Ben Roethlisberger and Antonio Brown will no doubt be anxiously awaiting the opportunity to air the ball out.
The entire schedule is set to be released at 8 p.m. ET on Tuesday night.
