Washington Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins told reporters Monday that he would like to be traded should Robert Griffin III be named the team's starter, according to Dianna Marie Russini of NBC.

Cousins appeared in six games this past season, and a total of 14 games since being drafted by the Redskins in the fourth round of the 2012 NFL draft.

He's compiled a 77.5 percent passer rating, throwing for 18 touchdowns and 19 interceptions in those appearances.
