Bengals clinch playoff berth with victory over Broncos

The Cincinnati Bengals clinched a playoff berth with a 37-28 victory over the Denver Broncos on Monday night.
As a result of the Broncos' loss, the New England Patriots clinched the top seed and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.
Here's what you need to know:
- Peyton Manning struggled, going 28-of-44 with two touchdowns and four interceptions.
- Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib opened the scoring, returning an interception 33 yards for a touchdown.
- Bengals running back Jeremy Hill equalized promptly, breaking an 85-yard run for a touchdown. Hill finished with 147 yards.
- A.J. Green left the game twice with an arm injury and fought through it to complete the game. However, the Bengals star did not catch a pass.
- Jermaine Gresham caught a two-yard touchdown pass to put the Bengals up 17-7. Cincinnati scored 20 unanswered points, taking a 20-7 lead into halftime.
- Denver scored on their first drive of the second half, with C.J. Anderson punching in a one-yard touchdown. Cincinnati responded with a 22-yard touchdown catch by Giovani Bernard, giving the Bengals a 27-14 lead. However, a pair of third-quarter touchdowns from Emmanuel Sanders put the Broncos up 28-27.
- Cincinnati fired back with a field goal, then extended their lead to 37-28 after Dre Kirkpatrick returned an interception for a 30-yard touchdown.
