Although he was cleared for contact late in the week, a concussion has Detroit Lions running back Joique Bell officially ruled out for Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills.
Bell will likely have a good chance to play in the Lions' next game against the Minnesota Vikings, but his absence will certainly be felt Sunday against a stout Bills run defense.
Reggie Bush should be the feature back with Bell on the sidelines, likely seeing plenty of touches throughout the game.
