Lions' Stephen Tulloch out for season with torn ACL

Detroit Lions linebacker Stephen Tulloch will miss the rest of the 2014 season after suffering a torn ACL in Sunday's win over the Green Bay Packers, the team announced Monday.
Tulloch suffered the injury while celebrating a sack late in the first quarter of play:
A reliable veteran player, Tulloch being forced to miss the remainder of the season is a significant loss for an already thin defensive unit.
