Report: Josh Gordon pleads guilty to DWI charge

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon pleaded guilty Tuesday to a driving while impaired charge stemming from a July arrest in Raleigh, N.C.

ABC11 reports Gordon was issued a 60-day suspended sentence and ordered to pay a $100 fine. He must surrender his driver's license and attend courses related to alcohol use.

It's unclear how Gordon's plea will affect his disciplinary standing with the NFL. He's believed to be in line to have his year-long suspension for repeated drug violations reduced to 10 games when the league and union finalize a new drug policy.

Update: NFL Network's Albert Breer reports the plea won't affect Gordon's suspension.
