Jamaal Charles: (Ankle) MRI Scheduled For Monday
Charles, who was diagnosed with a sprained ankle, will undergo an MRI on Monday, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports.
Analysis:
The MRI will hopefully provide clarity in terms of both the location and severity of the injury. Fantasy owners should keep their fingers crossed that the sprain isn't of the high-ankle variety. Charles exited Sunday's loss to the Broncos in the first quarter, and was later ruled out for good around halftime. Working as the clear top running back in Charles' absence, Knile Davis had a 22-79-2 rushing line and 6-26-0 receiving line.
