Report: NFL releases statement highlighting referee error on Percy Harvin's touchdown

Percy Harvin scored a 51-yard rushing touchdown Sunday on a play where it appeared he stepped out of bounds.
The run was neither reviewed by officials, nor challenged by Chargers head coach Mike McCoy.
According to the Seattle Times, the NFL released a statement illustrating that Harvin should have been ruled out of bounds at the Chargers' 21-yard line.
Harvin's touchdown wasn't enough to help the Seahawks get past the Chargers, though, as Seattle lost 30-21.
