Dolphins' Moreno will not return vs. Bills after suffering left elbow injury

Miami Dolphins running back Knowshon Moreno left Sunday's game after suffering an elbow injury during Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills.
Moreno injury is left elbow, not wrist. He won't be back today. No prognosis yet beyond that.

Moreno walked off the field clutching his left elbow in the first quarter after getting tackled by Bills defensive back Nickell Robey on a short four-yard run.
