Fantasy: Holmes, Cooper among replacement options for Marshall/Jeffery owners
Ron Schwane / USA TODAY Sports
The Chicago Bears are expected to be without starting wide receivers Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery on Sunday, putting many fantasy owners into a bind.
The Bears play in the Sunday night game, greatly limiting the replacement options for fantasy owners who prefer to wait to see the official inactives list before substituting Marshall and/or Jeffery from their lineups.
Among the best late replacement options are Santonio Holmes (who should see a huge uptick in targets if Marshall and/or Jeffery sit out), Steve Johnson, Hakeem Nicks, Riley Cooper, and Jordan Matthews.
Marshall/Jeffery owners are advised to stash at least one of the players listed above to use "in case of emergency."
