Report: Movie, book to be made about Brady's Super Bowl LI comeback

Malcolm Butler's reported movie deal just took a back seat.

According to Deadline Hollywood's Anita Bush, a new book and feature film will be made about Tom Brady and the New England Patriots' Super Bowl LI victory that will include the story of how they overcame the adversity of Deflategate.

Writers of Disney's "The Finest Hours" and Oscar-nominated boxing flick "The Fighter" Paul Tamasy and Eric Johnson will team up with New York Times best-selling author Casey Sherman for the movie and book deal.

The group has already acquired several sources from inside the Patriots' locker room to help tell the story, adds Bush.

Patriots cornerback Butler, who was the hero of Super Bowl XLIX after previously working at a Popeye's restaurant, was also reportedly given a movie deal that will probably be overshadowed by Brady's now.
