Brady wins record 4th Super Bowl MVP

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was named MVP of Super Bowl LI, breaking the record for most Super Bowl MVP awards with four.

Brady finished the game with a Super Bowl-record 466 passing yards, completing 43-of-62 passes with two touchdowns. His completions and attempts were also Super Bowl records, and his fifth Lombardi Trophy represents the most won by any starting quarterback.

The 39-year-old led a Super Bowl-record 25-point comeback after the Patriots fell behind 28-3 in the third quarter. Brady threw two second-half touchdowns and set up two more rushing touchdowns in the fourth quarter and overtime to win the first Super Bowl to ever go beyond regulation.

Joe Montana was previously tied with Brady for the most Super Bowl MVP awards with three.
