- CHICAGO - Corey Kluber returns to the mound and the Cleveland Indians try for a 3-1 lead against John Lackey and the Chicago Cubs in Game 4 of the World Series. Game starts 8:08 p.m.

- Seven unbeaten teams are playing road games, including No. 3 Clemson, No. 4 Washington and No. 7 Nebraska facing other ranked teams. Could make for a major shakeup in the College Football Playoff race during the weekend before the selection committee's first rankings.

- TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - No. 3 Clemson goes for its first win at Doak Campbell Stadium since 2006 as No. 12 Florida State tries to play spoiler. Game starts 8:22 p.m.

- MADISON, Wis. - No. 11 Wisconsin looks to beat its third top-10 opponent when No. 7 Nebraska visits Camp Randall Stadium. Game starts 7 p.m.

- SALT LAKE CITY - No. 17 Utah hosts No. 4 Washington in what could be a preview to the Pac-12 championship game. Game starts 3:30 p.m.

- EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Spartans have won seven of the past eight meetings with Michigan, but it's the No. 2 Wolverines who are heavy favorites this time. Game started at 12 p.m.

- SHANGHAI - Hideki Matsuyama of Japan kept a clean card and made just enough birdies for a 4-under 68 to maintain his three-shot lead in the HSBC Champions.

- MONTREAL - Auston Matthews and the Toronto Maple Leafs visit their rival the Montreal Canadiens. The Habs are looking for their seventh straight win, while Toronto is off to a slow start to the season with just two wins in seven games. Game starts 7 p.m.

- SINGAPORE - Top-ranked Angelique Kerber and seventh-seeded Dominika Cibulkova will compete for the WTA Finals title. The top-seeded Kerber picked apart defending champion Agnieszka Radwanska's game in a 6-2, 6-1 semifinal drubbing.
