The Pittsburgh Steelers reportedly have interest in adding another big name to their crowded backfield.

Free-agent running back Karlos Williams - who was recently released by the Buffalo Bills - is currently being targeted by the Steelers, a source told Sal Capaccio of WGR 550.

Buffalo parted ways with the second-year back due to conditioning issues and a four-game suspension to start the season, the latter of which makes him an odd fit in Pittsburgh.

The Steelers already have an established backfield duo of Le'Veon Bell and DeAngelo Williams, and while they'll need help covering for Bell's three-game suspension, Williams' own ban prohibits him from doing so. The former fifth-round pick from 2015 had 517 yards on 93 carries and seven touchdowns in his rookie season.

Karlos' brother, linebacker Vince Williams, has played with the Steelers since being drafted by the team in 2013.
