Hall defends low hits: 'Send a check for $30K and I'll gladly hit you up high'

Washington Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall reserves the right to hit players low due to the NFL's tightening rules on player safety after injured Buffalo Bills tight end Chris Gragg seemed to call him out for a low hit.
Gragg suffered a torn ACL on a hit from Hall in Friday's preseason game, and the backup tight end will miss the entire 2016 season as a result.
Gragg, who started four games last season, sparked Hall by tweeting about the hit Friday night, but backed off a little when the veteran blamed the league for forcing defensive players to hunt knees in the wake of increased diligence regarding concussions.
Hall went on a separate Twitter rant about his tackling Friday night before directly responding to Gragg.
