If you've ever wanted to eat like Tom Brady, you're in luck: The New England Patriots quarterback has released a cookbook containing recipes from his ridiculously restrictive diet.

The "TB12™ Nutrition Manual" costs $200 and features a natural wood cover. It's described as a "living document" that contains 89 "seasonally-inspired recipes that you can use to support your TB12-aligned nutrition plan."

Brady's personal chef, Allen Campbell, spoke to Boston.com in January about his strict diet, which is 80 percent plant-based. The list of items Brady and wife Gisele Bundchen avoid includes white sugar, white flour, MSG, caffeine, olive oil, iodized salt, dairy, and nightshade vegetables like tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, and eggplants.
