Buffalo Bills defensive end Shaq Lawson is thrilled that the pre-draft process is over.

Lawson was selected 19th overall on Thursday out of Clemson by the Bills and figures to be an important part of the team's pass rush.

During the NFL Scouting Combine, an unnamed team asked Lawson about what method he'd use to kill someone, a question that certainly threw him off guard.

"I was just like, I don't know,' Lawson said of the question to ESPN's Mike Rodak. "I can't remember what I said but I just sat there for a minute and was like why would I want to kill somebody?"

It's not the first ludicrous scenario to come out of the vetting process this year, with an unnamed scout alleging that Eli Apple couldn't cook, a claim that was laughed at and refuted across the board. Apple was selected 10th overall by the New York Giants.

Although he was alienated by the unknown team, Lawson felt at the ease with the Bills from the very beginning.

"I felt I had a great vibe when I went into the room," Lawson said. "I felt very comfortable when I met those guys at the combine and just talking about football and what I can bring to the table and to the team."
