RC Lens defender Taylor Moore has attracted the likes of Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham United, Crystal Palace, and Southampton recently, with a move to the Premier League touted for this summer.

The teenager currently captains the England Under-19 side and, according to ESPN FC's Peter O'Rourke, has done enough in five first-team appearances for Lens to impress numerous scouts from Premier League outfits.

Moore has experience in English club football as a child with West Ham, but he moved to France with his family as a 7-year-old. He has since progressed through his homeland's international youth ranks and his rise is being compared to Tottenham's Eric Dier, a compatriot who progressed at Sporting CP.

"I admire Eric Dier very much, he's got the exact same story as me," Moore said to the Daily Mail in August.

"He's been brought up in Portugal and played his football out there and I admire him for making the leap back over to England and doing as well as he did last season."

Lens sits seventh in France's Ligue 2, and faces Auxerre after the international break on April 1.
