Dynamic Duos: Carter and Lucic to Give New Jersey a Devil of a Time
Here are the top teammate plays for Saturday's 12-game slate.
C Jeff Carter and W Milan Lucic, Kings (vs. Devils)
The Kings have scored nine goals over their last two games, with members of the Jeff Carter-Anze Kopitar-Milan Lucic line accounting for five of them. Carter had three goals, an assist and 15 shots in those two games, while the relatively bargain-priced Lucic registered a goal and two assists. Kopitar is the priciest member of the trio, and certainly isn't a poor selection, but his production of late hasn't eclipsed that of Lucic.
New Jersey goaltender Keith Kinkaid is coming off a 30-save shutout in San Jose on Thursday, but likely won't be as fortunate Saturday. He had given up 10 goals over his previous two starts in replacing the injured Cory Schneider.

C Mark Scheifele and W Drew Stafford, Jets (vs. Avalanche)
The red-hot Scheifele has a six-game point streak (six goals, three assists) and is clearly making the most of his chance at the top-line center role thanks to Bryan Little's season-ending injury. While his DFS price has risen somewhat, it's still far below what would be expected given his recent production.
Linemate Stafford has a goal, two assists and 15 shots in five games, and comes much cheaper than Blake Wheeler, who's managed two assists and 18 shots in that same span. Colorado has allowed 17 goals over its last four road games, and despite the Jets' own recent struggles, Scheifele's production hasn't been affected.

W Vladimir Tarasenko and C Jori Lehtera, Blues (at Stars)
Tarasenko is coming off two goals, an assist and five shots in a Friday win over the Ducks, and, in a bizarre stat, has only failed to get on the score sheet in two of 16 Saturday games this season.
The low-priced Lehtera has two goals in his last three games, along with eight total shots. He'll most likely register his points teeing up Tarasenko, and the high-scoring Stars are prone to defensive lapses, allowing the eighth-most goals per game. The Blues have won five straight overall, and three of four against the Stars this season.
