The UFC London main event between Anderson Silva and Michael Bisping looked like it might have been over after a controversial knee at the end of the third round.
Bisping lost his mouthpiece during an exchange with "The Spider" and he tried to get referee Herb Dean's attention so he could recover it. Dean gave no indication that the action would be halted, before a distracted Bisping was blasted by a flying knee from Silva.
The highlight-reel strike coincided with the round-ending buzzer, creating confusion in the Octagon. Silva climbed the cage thinking he'd won, only to be brought down and told the fight would continue.
