Former Memphis quarterback Paxton Lynch's medical exams at the NFL Scouting Combine apparently took longer than expected after teams discovered several lingering injury issues.

Lynch's session with reporters was pushed back a day as a result, and the 22-year-old revealed Friday that one or two teams were so unnerved that they requested he undergo scans.

"I had an issue with my left knee and my right knee," Lynch said, according to Eliot Shorr-Parks of NJ Advance Media. "And then an issue with my AC joint (shoulder).

"When I hurt my AC joint my sophomore year against Cincinnati, I didn't realize that I had a small fracture in my clavicle," Lynch added. "So that showed up on the X-ray. But it's healed. There are pieces of bones just floating around in there. It spooked a team or two, so they requested an MRI."

Lynch, however, is unconcerned by the injuries, emphasizing that they are old ailments that no longer limit him in any way.

"I didn't miss a game or a practice or a single throw because of it. None of those injuries bother me today," Lynch said. "I'm 100 percent, so I'm more than willing to do whatever they need me to do."

Lynch is regarded as one of three top quarterback prospects in the 2016 NFL Draft, along with Jared Goff and Carson Wentz, and will likely find his name called in the first round if teams believe he is completely healthy.
