Alabama running back Derrick Henry is showing NFL talent evaluators he's a freakish athlete of the highest order.
Henry weighed in at 247 pounds, making him the heaviest running back at the combine. He hasn't let the weight hold him back, though.
He posted a vertical leap of 37 inches Friday - an absurd number for a player his size.
By comparison, Julio Jones and Odell Beckham Jr. - who are two of the NFL's best athletes and each more than 20 pounds lighter than Henry - jumped 38.5 inches and 38 inches, respectively.
Henry was just as impressive in the broad jump, nearly leaping off the measurement grid:
With a good time in the 40-yard dash, Henry could launch himself all the way into the first round.
