MIAMI - A person with knowledge of the situation says Chris Bosh of the Miami Heat is dealing with another blood-clot scare and will meet with doctors this week with hopes of finding a way to continue playing this season.
Bosh will spend ''the next few days'' reviewing his options, said the person, who spoke to The Associated Press on Monday on condition of anonymity because the Heat has not revealed the matter publicly.
It's a very similar situation to what Bosh faced over the All-Star break a year ago, when a blood clot was found on his lung and sidelined him for the rest of the season. The difference in this case is that Bosh's season has not yet been declared over, though his status remains most uncertain.
