A police report detailing the Jan. 30 altercation between Johnny Manziel and his ex-girlfriend was released Thursday with some frightening details.

Colleen Crowley told Fort Worth Police that Manziel had struck her several times and that he appeared to be on drugs, according to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com.

Police in both Fort Worth and Dallas, however, said the Cleveland Browns quarterback has not been charged and that the case is closed.

A report from Jason Trahan and Rebecca Lopez of WFAA cites additional sources in further delving into the details of Crowley's accounts to police.

An argument between the two reportedly began in a Dallas hotel room, where Manziel initially wouldn't let Crowley leave before eventually taking her down to the valet area.

"I was crying and begged the valet, 'Please don't let him take me. I'm scared for my life!'" Crowley reportedly said to police.

After Manziel drove her to her car, which was parked a half mile away from the hotel, Crowley reportedly told police that she jumped out and tried to hide.

"He grabbed me by my hair and threw me back into the car and got back in himself. He hit me with his open hand on my left ear for jumping out of the car. I realized immediately that I could not hear out of that ear, and I still cannot today, two days later."

Then driving them both toward her apartment in Fort Worth, Manziel reportedly laughed when Crowley said she loved him, telling her to "shut up or I'll kill us both."

The argument reportedly continued when the two arrived at the apartment, where Crowley told police that she grabbed a knife in fear of her life.

Manziel reportedly left the apartment when she advanced towards him, later fleeing on foot when she went to a neighbor's door and yelled for help.

Fort Worth Police had issued a statement over the weekend confirming the calls made for an alleged disturbance. The release stated that an unnamed 23-year-old had been uncooperative when authorities arrived on the scene, and that they were unable to determine whether a crime had occurred.

Shortly after the police report surfaced Thursday, Manziel reportedly denied allegations that he struck Crowley and threatened suicide.

"It didn't happen," Manziel reportedly told TMZ, adding "I'm completely stable. I'm safe and secure."

The NFL released a statement Thursday indicating that it was aware of the latest police report and that the league's investigation into Manziel's incident is ongoing.
