Tuesday's Power Forward Value Rankings

Bill Streicher / USA TODAY Sports

Here are theScore's power forward value rankings for Tuesday, January 26:

Value Rankings
PG | SG | SF | PF | C

Top Options

Name Opponent Value
Nerlens Noel (PHI) vs. PHX 9
DeMarcus Cousins (SAC) at POR 9
Myles Turner (IND) vs. LAC 8

Noel matchup up with the Suns is as good a matchup as you'll find. With the 76ers unlikely to run away with it, even with Phoenix's injuries, Noel should play close to 30 minutes. Otherwise, spend up for Cousins. He's tallied a double-double in every game since the 2nd of January.

Best of the Rest

Name Opponent Value
Larry Nance Jr. (LAL) vs. DAL 7
Nene Hilario (WAS) at TOR 7
Chris Bosh (MIA) at BKN 7
Willie Cauley-Stein (SAC) at POR 7
Kristaps Porzingis (NY) vs. OKC 6
Thaddeus Young (BKN) vs. MIA 6
Dirk Nowitzki (DAL) at LAL 6
Jordan Hill (IND) vs. LAC 6
Derrick Williams (NY) vs. OKC 5
Ed Davis (POR) vs. SAC 5
Serge Ibaka (OKC) at NY 5
Jabari Parker (MIL) vs. ORL 5

The problem with most power forwards Thursday is inconsistency. Porzingis has put together a couple recent DFS duds against the Hornets and Clippers where he didn't exceed 13 points and his other counting stats weren't anything special, either.

Bosh seriously needs his salary to drop or he needs to start reaching the double-double plateau with more consistency. Last time against Brooklyn, he scored 24 and added 12 boards, so this could be the night.

Nothing to See Here

Name Opponent Value
Julius Randle (LAL) vs. DAL 4
Brandon Bass (LAL) vs. DAL 3
Luis Scola (TOR) vs. WAS 3
Jon Leuer (PHX) at PHI 2
Markieff Morris (PHX) at PHI 2

With Nance back in the fold, Randle could see his minutes drop. Bass' fallout would be even more severe. Stay away from Leuer and Morris in Phoenix because of their injury risks and because the Suns' frontcourt is a disaster.
