Saturday's game between the New York Islanders and Philadelphia Flyers and Sunday's game between the Washington Capitals and Pittsburgh Penguins have been postponed due to the snowstorm along the east coast.
No makeup dates have been announced.
Washington will have at least two games to make up at some point this season, after Friday's scheduled game against the Anaheim Ducks at Verizon Center was also postponed.
The Capitals won't practice until Monday.
