Lance Bouma can't catch a break.

The Calgary Flames forward will miss weeks with a lower-body injury, head coach Bob Hartley announced Tuesday.

The injury comes after Bouma suffered a broken fibula on Oct. 13 that sidelined him for 30 games.

"Hopefully this one is not going to take as long. It'll be back quicker than that," Bouma said. "It's obviously frustrating because it's been a tough year for me personally. You want to be out there and help the guys. It's tough to watch hockey this time of year. It's unfortunate."

The 25-year-old has just one goal in 11 games this season.
