The Ottawa Senators supported their coach Saturday, seeking two points, not revenge for Brad Marchand's antics in last week's 7-4 loss to the Boston Bruins.

Though Boston picked up a point in the extra-time contest to stay one point ahead of Ottawa in the Atlantic Division, the Senators earned the pair of points they coveted on their 38th shot:

Mark Stone's second whack on the wraparound.

Erik Karlsson moved into fourth place in league scoring with assists on both Ottawa goals with the benefit of an increased workload in overtime.

Craig Anderson made 33 saves, snapping a personal three-game slide.
