Carolina Hurricanes forward Victor Rask suffered an upper-body injury during Wednesday's game against the Vancouver Canucks and will not return.
Rask played 13:40 of ice time on the night, recording one shot on goal with a minus-1 rating.
The 22-year-old is on pace for a career season with 11 goals and 15 assists in 40 games entering Wednesday's action.
