Report: Chiefs' Maclin suffered ACL injury, will undergo MRI to determine severity

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Jeremy Maclin sustained an ACL injury during Saturday's win over the Houston Texans, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Maclin will undergo an MRI on Sunday to determine the extent of the ACL injury.
Head coach Andy Reid said the preliminary diagnosis was a sprained knee, but the Chiefs were immediately concerned their No. 1 wideout suffered an ACL injury, according to ESPN's Ed Werder.
Maclin was seen walking around the locker room under his own power following the game despite being carted from the sidelines in the third quarter.
Maclin previously suffered a torn ACL in 2013.
Should Maclin be unable to play in the divisional round or beyond, quarterback Alex Smith will lean on tight end Travis Kelce, while rookie Chris Conley and second-year receiver Albert Wilson will be forced to step into larger roles.
