LeBron: Manziel rumors distraction for 'everyone that's around him'

One of Cleveland's most polarizing figures is now drawing the attention of one of the city's all-time greats in LeBron James.

Johnny Manziel, who's been rumored to be partying in Las Vegas and missing team meetings with the Browns (he's currently placed under the NFL's Concussion Protocol), is a client of James' marketing firm, LRMR, and "The King" warns that Manziel's reported actions are distracting to not only the quarterback himself but those involved with him.

"I'm not quite sure, I don't know all the details on it. I've really kind of haven't been all up on it but I've heard a little of it," James told ESPN's Dave McMenamin. "It's just a distraction for not only himself, but for everyone that's around him including family, people that represent him, the people that are around him. And he'll figure it out at some point. We all hope."

But despite the professional link between the two Cleveland athletes, the Cavaliers forward says his concern lies on a more personal level with the Browns' young game-manager.

"I think it's more concerned for him individually," James said.
