Things went from bad to good in an instant for Brayden Schenn.
After losing his stick in the offensive zone as the Montreal Canadiens rushed up ice, Schenn was rewarded for his late backcheck when Sean Couturier fed him the puck for a long breakaway from center ice. He'd finish the play with his ninth goal of the season.

The 24-year-old has now scored in consecutive games, but many fans were more impressed with how much time and space he had while skating towards Canadiens goalie Ben Scrivens.

Couturier picked up an errant Habs pass and found Schenn for the long breakaway. Had time to microwave a croissant, sip some tea, & finish.

Schenn could have hailed a cab on that breakaway and stop off to buy lunch.
