The hottest player in the NHL is none other than 39-year-old Shane Doan.
The Arizona Coyotes captain scored a pair of goals in a 3-2 win over the Vancouver Canucks on Monday, giving him a total of nine in his past seven games.
His second goal of the night, which stood as the game winner, proved he's still more than willing to get in the dirty areas.

The offensive outburst gives Doan 15 goals through 30 games, putting him on pace to top his single-season high of 31 set in 2008-09, despite missing nine games in November and December.
Earlier in the day, Doan was named the NHL's second star of the past week.
