Dos Anjos crushes Cerrone to retain title at UFC on FOX 17
The king stayed the king on Saturday night.
Rafael dos Anjos proved his championship pedigree in the main event of UFC on FOX 17, needing just 66 seconds to completely lay waste to Donald Cerrone.
The 31-year-old Brazilian hurt Cerrone with a rib-roasting body kick and followed it up with a crushing combination that sent a stunned "Cowboy" stumbling along the cage.
Cerrone desperately dove for a takedown to avoid further punishment, but dos Anjos easily stuffed him, and closed out the fight with a barrage of clubbing right hands.

In what turned into a recurring theme on Saturday night, dos Anjos called out brash featherweight overlord Conor McGregor, who has repeatedly expressed his desire to move up to be a two-division champion.
Dos Anjos: Hey, Mr. McGregor, this is my division. I’ll fight you in Brazil, Ireland. You better stay at featherweight.
