Neal will miss a second straight game after sitting out Saturday against Toronto and missing practice Monday. The veteran will cede minutes to Ramon Sessions and Garrett Temple on Tuesday, and at this point it's unclear whether he'll be available for Tuesday's game back home against the Lakers.
