The Atlanta Hawks will have to do battle without head coach Mike Budenholzer for the remainder of Saturday's rematch of the Eastern Conference finals.
Budenholzer was tossed after bumping into a referee. He was incensed by a lack of whistles and tracked onto the court before seemingly accidentally bumping into an official.
The 46-year-old Budenholzer led the Hawks to 60 wins last season, which earned him Coach of the Year honors over Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr.
