Golden State Warriors guard Leandro Barbosa will not play against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Thursday, according to the Warriors' website.
According to Rusty Simmons of the San Francisco Chronicle, Barbosa is expected to miss two games as he's in his native Brazil tending to a family matter.
The 13-year veteran, who is averaging 5.6 points and two assists through nine games for the undefeated Warriors, was an integral piece on head coach Steve Kerr's bench last season.
