Washington Redskins nose tackle Terrance Knighton will not play against the New England Patriots on Sunday due to a migraine headache.

Knighton did not travel with the team after suffering from the migraines on and off all week.

The 29-year-old has reportedly suffered from cluster headaches since he was young.

Knighton was not on the Redskins' injury report all week.
