Edmonton Oilers forward Connor McDavid didn't disappoint in his first preseason game Monday.

The 18-year-old set up Leon Draisaitl with a nifty pass for a power-play goal in the third period of a split-squad game against the Calgary Flames. The assist was McDavid's first point of the preseason and knotted the game at 2-2.

McDavid would add another assist on Nail Yakupov's empty netter as the Oilers won the game 4-2 and the 2015 first-overall pick continued to win the love of Oilers fans.
