AC Milan may be close to a loan move to bring back favourite son Mario Balotelli, but not before establishing a few ground rules.

The Italian outfit has apparently had enough of Balotelli's antics and his contract will include a good-behaviour clause, reports La Gazzetta dello Sport, courtesy of Reuters.

The 25-year-old forward will be banned from his colourful hairstyles and clothing choices, and subject to other rules about his lifestyle.

From Reuters:

According to Gazzetta, Balotelli must not damage the image of the club and his Twitter, Facebook and Instagram posts will be closely monitored. He will be banned from extravagant haircuts and clothing, from smoking and from visiting night clubs and must turn up on time from training. His drinking will also be limited.

These regulations come after Balotelli was frozen out at Anfield as a result of poor behaviour at Liverpool last season and follow several other high-profile incidents over the last few years, including setting his house on fire by using fireworks in his bathroom.

Milan chief executive Adriano Galliani reportedly drew inspiration for the clause from regulations in the Italian air force. While Balotelli is set to join Milan on loan, he'll need to follow these rules to potentially prompt a permanent move.
