Ronda Rousey traded gloves for a keyboard Monday night, but her jabs remained as ferocious as ever.

When asked during a Reddit AMA whether she could beat Floyd Mayweather in a no-holds-barred fight, the UFC women's bantamweight champion barely flinched.

"Floyd is one of the best boxers of all time," she said. "He would definitely beat me in a boxing match. I unfortunately don't get into 'matches.' I fight for a living.

"In a no-rules fight, I believe I can beat anyone on this planet. Boxing is a sweet science with strict rules that I respect very much and aspire every day to improve at. But you said ruleless fight, and that's my honest answer."

The two fighters have been engaged in verbal sparring ever since Mayweather claimed in a 2014 interview that he didn't know who Rousey was.

Rousey ripped the five-division champion at last month's ESPY award show when she won for best fighter over a field of competitors that included Mayweather: "I wonder how Floyd feels being beat by a woman for once," she said. "I'd like to see him pretend to not know who I am now."

Mayweather responded to the jab last week on SportsCenter by boasting of his well-publicized payouts.

"I've yet to see any MMA fighter, or other boxer, make over $300 million in 36 minutes," Mayweather said, referring to his enormous payday from fighting Manny Pacquiao in May. "When she can do that, then call me."

During the Reddit interview, Rousey also touched on why she believes the highly anticipated fight between her and Cris "Cyborg" Justino has never happened.

"She's just waiting to be offered enough money to get her ass kicked," Rousey said.
