The bulk of the players scheduled to suit up in this weekend's NBA Africa Game have arrived in Johannesburg. Chris Paul of the Los Angeles Clippers, Bradley Beal of the Washington Wizards, and Luol Deng of the Miami Heat, among others, touched down in South Africa's largest city this week.
The NBA's first exhibition foray to Africa goes Saturday at Ellis Park Arena in Johannesburg.
Paul, Beal and others like Pau and Marc Gasol will represent Team World, while players of African descent like Deng, Nicolas Batum, and Giannis Antetokounmpo will suit up for Team Africa. Serge Ibaka is not expected to play due to injury.
The game will be broadcast live on ESPN.
