Ibrahimovic confirms return to PSG amid Milan rumours
Zlatan Ibrahimovic won't be returning to Italy any time soon after dismissing reports of a move to Serie A and confirming his desire to see out his contract with Paris Saint-Germain.
The Swedish international, who has one year remaining on his PSG deal, denied rumours linking him to his former teams - AC Milan and Inter Milan - and pledged his allegiance to the defending Ligue 1 champions.
"I belong to PSG. I have one year left on my contract and there is no truth to these stories. I'm a PSG player," Ibrahimovic told reporters ahead of Sweden's Euro 2016 qualifier against Montenegro.
"I really don't think I will leave. We won everything at PSG this season. I have no idea where the stories come from but I guess people need something to write about."
Ibrahimovic arrived at PSG from AC Milan in 2012, after spending two years at the San Siro. The striker also called the stadium home three years prior to that, when he was a member of Inter for three years before moving on to Barcelona in 2009.
While his ties to Inter Milan have faded, Ibrahimovic revealed that he has been in contact with AC Milan general manager Adriano Galliani.
"I have spoken with Galliani since I left Milan, but that does not mean anything. I believe you in Swedish media just copy what's written abroad.
"I don't think you called Galliani and asked him if we talked."
