Game 4 Starting Lineups, June 11: Iguodala draws in for Bogut

It's not "do-or-die" in the eyes of head coach Steve Kerr. It's at least "do or oh man we're in trouble," as no team has ever come back from a 3-1 deficit in the NBA Finals, favorite or otherwise.

The Golden State Warriors find themselves in an unlikely 2-1 series hole to the Cleveland Cavaliers, with the Cavs executing a desperate gameplan to the letter so far. They've ground the pace to a halt, put the ball in the hands of LeBron James ad nauseam, and asked what's left of their rotation to scramble themselves into exhaustion to contain Steph Curry and Klay Thompson, daring the other Warriors to beat them.

So far, so good, but such a strategy is tenuous, and there are signs the Warriors began to figure things out at the end of Game 3.

Curry began to find space to get his shot off, and isolating him on Matthew Dellavedova, while antithetical to the Warriors' modus operandi, may stand as the best way to work through the Cavs' team defense. Dellavedova is a game defender and has done a nice job all through the playoffs, but he doesn't have the length to ably contest Curry's lightning-quick jumper, and nobody, Australian gangster or otherwise, can contain him one-on-one.

There's also the matter of David Lee and playing with him or the banged-up Draymond Green at the five. The Warriors have had their most success in the series playing smaller and Lee in particular seems a nice counter to the way Cleveland is defending Curry pick-and-rolls.

Lineup Minutes +/-
Curry-Thompson-Barnes-Iguodala-Green 20 +8
Curry-Thompson-Iguodala-Green-Lee 8 +5
Curry-Barbosa-Thompson-Iguodala-Lee 6 +12
